Flying in once again from Cape Town, South Africa, we are excited to be back in the South of Germany for another visit this August and would love to invite you to join us for a whole day of Acrobatic awesomeness!

We are offering two workshops and both can be booked individually or together. However, we suggest you join for the whole day to get the most fun out of it.

Whether you are completely new to Yoga / Acrobatics / AcroYoga or have been practicing for some time, don’t worry, we’ve got something fun planned for all levels!

As always, no partner or previous experience needed! All levels of fitness and experience welcome.

PROGRAMME & TIME:

Workshop I “Flows & Washing Machines”: 10:00 – 12:30 (2,5 hours)

For people new to the practice, we will explore some basic postures and slowly start linking them together. For the more experienced Acrobats / AcroYogis, we will bring along some great new flows and washing machines to play with!

– Light snacks & drinks will be offered in between. –

Workshop II “Acrobatic Trios”: 13:30 – 16:00 (2,5 hours)

Warmed up through the morning flows, we will play with Acrobatic trio tricks in the afternoon, again – offering basic poses to get started with Acro and more advanced, crazy and fun ones for the experienced Acro monkeys.

Laughter and good times guaranteed!

Full Day:

Half Day (morning OR afternoon session only):
