This will be the third time in the last few months, that we’re having the pleasure of going out to Muizenberg to share some Acro love at the beautiful Sangha Spot.

As Graeme and I will be teaching and Acro-ing at Spiritfest Africa from Thursday, 2 March until Sunday, 5 March 2017, there will NOT be a class at Mossop Hall on Sunday, 5 March.
We’ll see you back the week after – or hopefully at one of our Acro sessions at Spiritfest!
