Welcome to my page.

My name is Isabel Essen and I am a Yoga & Partner Acrobatics / AcroYoga Teacher, a Development Consultant and a lover of nutritious and delicious food.

Together with my husband Graeme and our young daughter, we have relocated from Cape Town, South Africa to Stuttgart, Germany, in October 2019 but we love to travel, teach, work and train remotely as well as all over the globe.
