Discover trust, connection and a the exhilarating feeling of flying in this playful AcroYoga FUNdamentals Workshop with Isabel and Graeme Essen at the lovely studio “Sangha Spot” in Muizenberg.
Whether you have never done any Yoga before or would like to explore a different side of the practice, we will have you upside down and laughing with your peers in no time while building strength, flexibility and balance.
AcroYoga is a community and partner practice that combines Acrobatics and Yoga into something new, exciting and out of the box but accessible to everybody.
Come and find out what it’s all about or deepen your understanding of the basics of the practice in this foundational Acro workshop in Noordhoek. You will explore and take turns in the different roles of base, flyer, spotter and we can guarantee – those 2,5 hours will literally FLY by. 
Bring a friend along or come and meet new friends. No partner or previous experience necessary.
